Chuck focuses his practice on complex business litigation, the defense of professional liability claims and construction law matters, creditors’ rights matters, and landlord tenant disputes. He is consistently highly rated in the area of commercial litigation. Further, in an effort to advocate for those who are struggling with life’s challenges, Chuck is an active and vigilant member of the community, previously serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Recovery Resources, an organization dedicated to helping individuals triumph over mental illness, alcoholism, drug abuse, and other addictions. He has previously served on the Boards of The Center for Mental Retardation, New Life Community, and the West Side Ecumenical Ministry, as well as LEAP (Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential).
